Youth Ministry Curriculum and Resources

The Thread is a small group bible study curriculum designed to accomplish two simple things. First, your students will learn the big-picture story of Scripture. Your students will learn what the Gospel is, and how it courses through the narrative of Scripture. The Thread will teach your students God’s story, and how God wove His thread of love through every page of it. 

The Life is a small group bible study curriculum that will equip your students to understand exactly what it means to live as a follower of Christ through a unit-based study of discipleship.

If someone asked you to tell them who Jesus was and what His mission on Earth was, what would you say? The answers to these questions have an eternal significance. John knew that, and that’s why he wrote his account of Jesus’ life. This four-week devotional will help you reflect on the purpose behind Jesus’ life, ministry, miracles, teachings, and divine claims. John: The Way, The Truth, The Life will come alongside this disciple of Jesus to help illuminate the truth that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. By reading and praying through the Gospel of John, you will have the opportunity to learn what Jesus came to do, why He came to do it, and how He calls us to live as His followers. John goes to great lengths to show us that the only place we can find true, everlasting life is in the Light of the world, the Lamb of God, the Good Shepherd, the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Follow: Learning What It Means To Be A Disciple, a four-session sermon series, will help your students understand that when they give their lives to Jesus, they aren’t just making a decision about their life after death; they are making a decision about their present life and what it means to follow Jesus as His disciple.

We have a lot of questions about our faith — how do I read my Bible, how do I pray, or how do I make a difference? What if the answers to these questions are not as difficult as we think they are? In How Do I, a four-week sermon series, we will be answering some of these questions to help us grow in our faith.

7th Grade: Growing Your Faith is a 30-day teen devotional that will engage students with its creative and age-targeted readings, questions, and prompts to action.

Sophomore: Stepping Into Maturity is a 30-day devotional that will help high school sophomores answer some of the unique questions they are presented in their 10th grade year: what role do friends play in their lives? Who are their role models? What life-shaping habits are they developing?
