Jackson Blackmon
EVENT DIRECTOR, BIG PEANUT BUTTER & HONEY GUY

Jackson serves as an Event Director for Generate by YM360. Jackson was born and raised in Greenville, AL. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Jackson also served on Generate staff for one summer as a Production Director. Over the last five years and working at various camp & student ministries he has loved seeing God work through staff and in the lives of students. In his free time you will find him watching Formula 1 or any kind of racing really, playing pickleball, working out, or playing bass guitar.
Kris Boswell
MANAGING EDITOR OF EVENT AND STUDENT RESOURCES, JACK OF ALL TRADES
Kris Boswell, also known as Boz, joined the YM360 team in 2025 as the Managing Editor of Event and Student Resources. With over 13+ years of youth ministry experience, he understands teens' unique challenges and is committed to helping students grow spiritually through Gospel-centered teaching. As a Generate Summer Camp veteran, Boz knows what it takes to create fresh and dynamic material that connects with students during camps, retreats, and D-Nows. He works to craft bible studies, experiences, and challenges that inspire teens to follow Christ real and meaningfully. Boz is a Union University graduate and continuing his seminary education to serve God and the Church better. As a U.S. Army Veteran and former Sergeant, he sees the many parallels between military service and ministry—both require focus, discipline, and a commitment to the mission. His heart is to equip students and leaders to stand firm in their faith and live it out boldly. "Beyond his role at YM360, Boz is a “Jack of All Trades.” He is a video game enthusiast, disc golfer, coffee maker, acapella singer, music lover, woodworker, hiker, The Office trivia champ, and much more! Whether leading a meaningful conversation about faith or challenging students in a game of 9-square, he brings energy, wisdom, and fun to everything he does.
Max Collins
CREATIVE & PRODUCTION SPECIALIST, MASTER SMOOTHIE BLENDER
Max serves as a Creative & Production Specialist for YM360. He was adopted from China and grew up in Kentucky. Max's history with GENERATE dates back to 2018, where he attended as a student before serving 4 summers starting in 2022. His favorite part of serving on Summer Staff was capturing countless moments and memories each week. Max graduated from Murray State University (Shoes Up) and enjoys traveling, perusing the B&H website, buffet & hibachi, and power naps. Having worked at Tropical Smoothie as one of his first jobs in high school, he still enjoys making smoothies often.
Kinsley Davis
CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST, GOLDFISH FANATIC
Kinsley attends Evangel Christian School in Birmingham, AL. She joined YM360 as a Customer Care Specialist and loves being a part of the global impact and gospel change happening in student's lives. In her free time, you can find her playing pickleball, hanging out with friends, admiring sunsets, and leading a middle school girls small group at her church. Kinsley continues to cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers, no matter the season, and will always be a Vol for life. Alongside being a Vols fanatic, she has a minor Goldfish addiction and can always be found with a glass of sweet tea.
Leah Dickey
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, SWEET TREAT FAN
Leah serves as the Operations Coordinator for YM360. She was born and raised in New Jersey but attended Mississippi College (where she learned about GENERATE and YM360) and after graduation, moved to Alabama. Leah loves working with YM360 because she loves being a small part of God's big plan by serving youth pastors. Leah loves to bake and cook new things and crafting. In her free time, you can find her reading, trying to convince her husband, Zach, to go get a sweet treat or playing with their dog, Simon!
Zach Dickey
EVENT DIRECTOR, YM360'S OFFICIAL MOVIE EXPERT
Zach is an Event Director for GENERATE by YM360. Originally from Terry, MS, Zach recently graduated from Mississippi College where he was involved in a Social Organization and served as the president of SGA. Zach served with GENERATE for four summers and attended as a student for many years before that. He has a strong passion for camp ministry and believes in the power of sharing the gospel with everyone he meets. Outside of work, Zach enjoys watching movies, hitting the gym and spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of nature that God has created.
Jonathan Gibbs
DIRECTOR OF EVENTS, CRAZY CAJUN
Jonathan serves as the Director of Events for GENERATE by YM360. Originally from Lake Charles, LA, Jonathan has found a new home in Birmingham with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their dog Burreaux. He has seen GENERATE since its beginning and has the heart to serve Youth Ministers however he can. When he is not preparing for camp you can find Jonathan playing golf, in the woods or on the water, cooking Cajun cuisine, or cheering on the Bayou Bengals in Death Valley (the real one). Chris Hargrove
MANAGING EDITOR OF YOUTH PASTOR RESOURCES, PING PONG ENTHUSIAST
Chris Hargrove joined YM360 in 2024 as the Managing Editor of Youth Pastor Resources, bringing 15 years of youth ministry experience from various church sizes and contexts, including small and multi-site churches. His passion for youth workers drives his commitment to building relationships, caring for them, and creating resources that equip and support them. Chris finds joy in coaching, writing, and speaking, always seeking to encourage youth workers as they invest in this generation of students, leaders, and families.
He still loves serving students, especially middle schoolers, whether he’s challenging them to a ping-pong match or helping them discover who God is and who He’s calling them to be.
Outside of ministry, Chris enjoys fishing and sharing a member’s-only pizza slice combo from Sam’s Club with his family. He holds a Master of Arts in Discipleship and a Master of Divinity in Leadership from Liberty University. Chris is married to his wife, Carrie, who homeschools their two daughters.
Brian Hill
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, THEATRE AFICIONADO
Brian serves as Creative Director for YM360. Brian was born and raised in the Philippines as a Missionary Kid. A graduate of Samford University, Brian has actually used his theatre degree in every aspect of his career. Brian has served over 18 years in Children's Ministry and Worship Ministry capacities. In addition, Brian founded and directed an extra-curricular theatre program at Bethel University in TN. In that role, he spent 11 years directing and producing broadway style musical productions, plays, theatre camps, community theatre events, concerts, and all things performance. He loves Alabama football, Pixar movies, and traveling! Married to his wife Rhonda, they have 2 adopted daughters.
Michael Howard
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION & TECHNOLOGY, YM360'S EGG SUPPLIER
Michael serves as our Director of Production & Technology at YM360. Michael is From Birmingham AL. He lives with his wife Stephanie, his son Hank, and daughters, Lumi and Goldie. Michael has served at many GENERATE camps during his time touring with Rush of Fools. Most recently Michael worked for two churches as their Production Director before coming to YM360. When not working at YM360 or preparing for GENERATE camp Michael is raising their thirty chickens on their homestead, doing something outdoors with his family, hunting, fishing, hiking, and cooking.
Abby Hunt
GRAPHIC DESIGNER, PLANT AFICIONADO
Abby serves as a graphic designer for YM360. She went to school at Troy University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. She is delighted to be a part of the YM360 team because everyone is working for the purpose of furthering the Gospel to students. Abby and her husband, Josh, got married in the Spring of 2022 after dating for six years. In her free time, she likes to spend one on one time with her husband or hanging out with friends playing board games, volleyball, and pickleball. Abby also enjoys crafty projects, including knitting and embroidery, and of course has a great appreciation for her plants!
Caleb Jarvis
MARKETPLACE MANAGER, SEMI-PROFESSIONAL FILM CRITIC
Caleb serves as the Marketplace Manager for YM360. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry from NOBTS. Caleb has served in various ministry roles as a student leader and as a church planting coordinator on mission trips to Europe. Caleb is married to his amazing wife, Katie, and has three kids: Hudson, Hadley and Baker. When Caleb is not at work you can find him watching movies or cheering on the Crimson Tide!
Rebekah Lynn
EVENT COORDINATOR, Coffee Shop Connoisseur
Rebekah Lynn serves as an Event Coordinator at YM360 and has been involved with GENERATE as a student and summer staffer since 2016. She is from Shelbyville, KY and is a graduate of Murray State University (shoes up!) with a degree in Public Relations and Nonprofit Leadership Studies. She is passionate about serving the local church through YM360 because of the effect camp had on her life growing up. In her free time you can find her exploring local coffee shops, hanging out with family and friends, or walking through the TJ Maxx and HomeGoods aisles.
Tyler Martin
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & SALES ADVISOR, RESIDENT BAMMER
Tyler Martin serves as the Customer Success & Sales Advisor for YM360. In the past, Tyler has had the honor of serving for three summers with GENERATE as a SERVE Leader and SERVE Director. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Alabama, and in his spare time, you can find him cheering on the Crimson Tide with his amazing wife Ashlee, watching movies and tv shows, and killing it on the pickleball court.
Cassie McClanahan
EVENT SPECIALIST, ICE CREAM CONNOISSEUR
Cassie serves as an Event Specialist at YM360. Originally from Mason, WV, she is a graduate of West Virginia University where she earned a degree in Management and Marketing. She was first introduced to GENERATE while serving as an adult leader at her home church, which brought students to camp. That experience made such an impact that she later went on to serve a summer with GENERATE.She is extremely passionate about seeing the next generation come to Christ and encouraging the leaders who faithfully pour into them. Now, as part of the YM360 team, she loves providing students with items they can wear that not only remind them of their time at GENERATE but also spark meaningful conversations about the Gospel.When she’s not working, you can usually find her trying out new ice cream shops, shopping, taking road trips to explore new places, or spending time with family and friends.
Haley McGaughy
SENIOR EVENT COORDINATOR, GOOD TIME ENTHUSIAST
Haley serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. As a student, she became a Christ-follower at a summer camp much like GENERATE. Haley has served in different student ministry roles since 2015 and is passionate about building intentional relationships for the Gospel. She desires for students to take their relationship with God deeper and deeper in order that they would be an active participant in taking Jesus to the ends of the earth. Haley is a graduate of UAB and loves the city of Birmingham which she grew up in. When she’s not serving at YM360, Haley enjoys all things music, Mexican food, coffee shops, and hanging out with family and friends.
Heath McNeill
EVENT DIRECTOR, TOLKIEN NERD
Heath serves as an Event Director at YM360. He graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and worked as an EMT after college before coming to work at the office. Heath's saga with GENERATE began in 2018, where he served as a Lead Team Student before working 3 summers alongside the team. He has a passion for serving students, adult leaders, and Youth Ministers however he can. When he is not gearing up for camp, he enjoys to get active playing golf and pickleball, being outdoors fishing and hunting, and loves to cheer on the Auburn Tigers!
Sarah Kate McVeigh
EVENT COORDINATOR, RESIDENT SWIFTIE
Sarah Kate serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. She grew up in Anniston, AL, and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she is now pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Before joining YM360, she served as a college intern at her local church, studied abroad in the Netherlands, and spent her summers serving at camps. SK loves being able to take care of the details so Youth Ministers can focus on reaching students and building relationships. She also has a passion for seeing students and summer staff use their unique gifts to serve others. In her free time, SK enjoys traveling, taking frequent trips to Publix, and spending time with friends.
Marlee Rogers
EVENT COORDINATOR, ENERGY DRINK ENTHUSIAST
Marlee serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. She is from Brookhaven, MS and recently graduated from Mississippi College where she is involved in a Social Organization and Residence Life. Marlee served with GENERATE three summers after being a camper at GENERATE for many years. Marlee has a passion to serve youth ministers and students because of the impact camp has had on her life. She has a love of seeing the Gospel shared with students every week at camp and seeing their lives forever changed. In her free time Marlee enjoys going to coffee shops, watching movies and eating Mexican food with her friends.
Andrew Severt
MARKETING COORDINATOR & PITT MASTER
Andrew serves as the Marketing Coordinator at YM360. Andrew previously served on GENERATE camp staff in 2021 and now serves as the Minister to Students at The Church At Old Town. He is excited to work at YM360 because he has seen first hand the impact the organization has by serving on camp staff and now, as a youth minister. In his free time, you can find Andrew firing up his smoker, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, playing pickleball, or going to the movies. He and his wife, Mackenzie, just welcomed their first and he is excited to take on his most important role as "girl dad" to Eden Joy.
Morgan Williams
SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER, WANNABE CIA AGENT
Morgan Williams serves as a graphic designer for YM360. She attended Pensacola Christian College where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Morgan’s favorite part about working at YM360 is having the ability to freely design for eternal purpose. When she isn’t designing, she’s in the kitchen trying a new recipe or at the local thrift mall. Morgan is happily married to her college sweetheart. She has one cat (Socks) and two dogs (Tendo and Maple).

Les Bradford
YM360 CEO, CO-FOUNDER, GOLF CADDIE AND EARLY RISER
As a teenager, youth ministry played a defining role in shaping Les’s faith, thanks in large part to a youth pastor who remains a close friend and source of encouragement today. In 2010, Les co-founded YM360 with a simple but ambitious mission: Help Youth Pastors Disciple Students. He believes deeply in the eternal impact of youth ministry and counts it a privilege to support the men and women serving the next generation. As CEO, he leads an incredible team dedicated to seeing that mission come to life in every corner of the organization.
Les wakes up far too early, cherishes time with his family, and enjoys playing golf, especially when he’s caddying for his son (and trying not to lose to him). In the fall, you can usually find him smoking meats and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. Les and his wife, Jamie, live in Birmingham, AL, with their son, Gage, and their two daughters, Gracie and Raegan.
J. Roger Davis
YM360 PRESIDENT, PRAYING FOR REVIVAL ON ROCKY TOP
J. Roger Davis has been creating and giving leadership to excellent, gospel-centered ministry events and mission experiences since 1993. Throughout his career he has focused his attention on creating moments that matter and providing resources for teenagers, kids and college students to have a real interaction with God that effects how they view God, themselves, the world and their opportunity to be a person of impact. He's energized with the opportunity to help people, primarily students, get the gospel and give it away.
Roger also gives executive leadership to Servant Life Missions and other YM360 partnerships. His life and leadership roles have produced extensive travel domestically and in 50+ countries around the globe. Roger supports the Tennessee Vols and is a big Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Antonio Spurs fan (where he used to be a ball boy.) He and his wife, Becca (a former youth minister) live in Birmingham, AL with their four kids and their labs, General and Manning. Their family are active members at The Church at Brook Hills where Roger continues to lead students and adults on a weekly basis.
Brett Mims
CFO, CPA, CHIEF FISHING OFFICER
Brett Mims began supporting YM360 as Financial Director in 2017. Brett’s desire to influence students was cultivated while in college volunteering in youth ministry and working as summer camp counselor. Being on the YM360 team allows him to lead in the areas of finance and accounting so that others can focus on ministry. With life-changing experiences abroad, Brett enjoys contributing to efforts focused on reaching the nations and considers himself an adventurous eater. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Brett is an unashamed Bammer who loves to spend time outdoors with his wife Lindsay and their two boys.
Lee Moore

YM360 Fact: Lee Moore was YM360's first-ever full time employee. Lee loves helping youth workers with the best customer care you'll find. His first love is Jesus and his passion is to encourage youth pastors and youth workers. Lee currently serves as the Chaplain of Gadsden State Community College Baseball and is an avid Yankees fan. Lee and his wife, Tammy, live in Birmingham, Alabama, and they have four children: Lauren, Justen, Austin and Abby.
KERRY RAY
DIRECTOR OF PUBLISHING, YM360’S RESIDENT NIGHT OWL
Kerry joined YM360 in 2021 as Director of Publishing. Prior to joining the YM360 team, Kerry was a youth ministry veteran with 27+ years of experience serving and leading in churches of various sizes, denominations, and multi-site strategies. After nearly 3 decades immersed in all things youth ministry, Kerry is quick to tell you that he still finds immeasurable joy and life in every opportunity he has to engage teenagers and youth workers whether that be in the form of camp/retreat speaking, writing, content creating, coaching youth workers, developing young leaders, enlightening parents on adolescent development, church consulting, or training youth ministry teams. Born and raised in Mississippi, Kerry attended Mississippi State University, Mississippi College, and holds a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. When asked where his allegiance lies, he won’t hesitate to tell you that he is a long-suffering yet proud cowbell-ringing MSU Bulldog (#HailState). Kerry and his wife Stefanie live in Birmingham with their two children.
Hannah Solomon
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, PUZZLE ADDICT (on occasion)
Hannah serves youth ministers and churches as our Director of Operations at YM360. She has been with YM360 in different capacities since 2019. From serving as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE events to managing our fulfillment processes, Hannah loves every part of YM360. More than anything, she is thankful to see Jesus changing the lives of students through bible study, Wednesday night hangs, and youth camp trips. Hannah lives in Birmingham by way of Canyon, Texas and is a graduate of West Texas University (Go Buffs!). Oftentimes you can find her geeking over a good front porch, watching a thunderstorm, or eating cheeseburgers at your local Steak-N-Shake!
ANGELA TERRY
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF EVENTS, AMATEUR BASS GUITARIST
Angela Terry is all things YM360 Events, and seeks to provide the absolute best experience for churches. Angela has a deep passion for equipping the church in the discipleship process, and makes it her goal to make the youth worker’s job easier. As the wife of a minister, Angela spends a lot of time “in the trenches,” ministering to the college students and young adults of greater Birmingham. Free time is hard to come by these days, but Angela enjoys spending her time with family, with her church family, and with her workout group. Angela lives in north Birmingham with her husband Madison, sons Hudson and Haddon, and daughter Madi Claire.

ANDY BLANKS
YM360 CO-FOUNDER & ADVISOR
Andy Blanks is the Co-Founder of YM360 and serves YM360 as a Board Member and Special Advisor. A former Marine, Andy has been active in ministry since the early 2000s, mostly in the field of publishing and discipleship. During that time, Andy has led the development of some of the most popular Bible study curriculum and discipleship resources in the country. He has authored numerous books, Bible studies, and articles, and regularly speaks at events and conferences, both for adults and teenagers. Andy and his wife, Brendt, were married in 2000 and have lived in Birmingham, AL ever since. They have four children, three girls and one boy.
BECCA DAVIS
GENERATE EXECUTIVE TEAM, WANNABE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND SINGER
Becca Davis serves on our GENERATE Executive Team, combining her years of experience in student and college ministries along with the daily skills she gains sharing a house with four teenagers. She has 18 years of experience serving on staffs at Frazer UMC, The Church at Brook Hills, and with a Christian publisher before becoming a homeschool teacher and co-op administrator. Camp combines two of her loves: seeing students take the next step in their faith journey and investing in young adults as they begin their college and career seasons. She is fully aware of the importance of discipleship and legacy of faith in her own family. Becca enjoys traveling with her kids and husband, Roger, each summer serving together at GENERATE. Becca is a graduate of Samford University and received an M. Div. from Beeson Divinity School. She likes to play music loudly in the car and is proud her kids can recognize the voices of Cece Winans, Whitney Houston, and Aretha Franklin. Becca is a very grateful breast cancer survivor (remission since 2018).

Amy Diller
Amy Diller is a life-long Michigander, wife to Jason, and mom to two adult daughters. A graduate of the University of Michigan (Let's go Blue!), Amy spent ten years teaching in preschool and elementary classrooms before serving in full-time ministry for over a decade as the Co-Director of Children's Ministry. In November 2021, Amy followed the Lord's call to bold obedience by taking a step of faith to pursue writing full-time. Amy's heart and passion for encouraging and equipping families with children of all ages to live out their faith at home truly shine through in every written piece. Her desire is that her content will encourage, equip, and support families as they walk through life's joys and challenges in relationship with the Lord, their loved ones, and others. Chris Sasser
Chris Sasser (Sass) has served kids, students, and families in full-time church ministry for over twenty-five years. He is the Pastor of Family Ministries at Port City Community Church in Wilmington, North Carolina, overseeing the ministries for kids from birth through high school and their parents. Sass has a true passion for equipping and encouraging parents and leaders to help the next generation walk with God. He lives out this passion by serving families, churches, children’s pastors, and youth workers worldwide as a podcast host, the founder of EquipandEncourage.com, a lead consultant for Ministry Architects, and the Content and Brand Strategist for YM360’s MinistryToParents.com.
