Event Director
YM360 is seeking a full-time Event Director to contribute to the overall success of YM360's mission of helping Youth Pastors disciple students through our live events and resources. Event Directors focus on ministry event logistics year-round, participate in customer care efforts, sales, marketing, recruiting, training and giving leadership to seasonal staff. In the spring and summer, this role will organize and lead all aspects of GENERATE Camp by YM360 as well as assigned GENERATE Conferences alongside of the Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess a strong ministry-mindset, gifted in leadership as well as a passion for disciple-making.

Event Coordinator
YM360 is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to contribute to the overall success of YM360's mission of helping Youth Pastors disciple students through our live events and resources. Event Coordinators focus on ministry event logistics year-round., participate in customer care efforts, sales, marketing, recruiting and staff training. In the spring and summer, this role will serve alongside the Event Director at GENERATE Camp by YM360 as well as assigned GENERATE Conferences giving event leadership, working with location contacts, and managing details for each event as well as recruiting, training and giving leadership to seasonal staff. The ideal candidate should be ministry-minded, flexible, organized, and a self-starter.
