The Youth Assistant Director is responsible for reaching, teaching, and discipling our youth so that they can explore and deepen their faith in Jesus Christ, connect with their peers, and become spiritually grounded, responsible, and compassionate individuals. This position will be expected to lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry and will play a pivotal role in ministering to youth (Grades 6th – 12th), fostering spiritual growth, providing outreach opportunities, and ensuring that the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of our young people are addressed.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. Pay and level of position is flexible depending on experience.
Job Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
