Brian Preston is the Lead Student Pastor at Battlecreek Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and leads a cohort with ThroughLineCohort.com that helps youth pastors strategically think through the aspects of growth in their ministry. Brian says he is the type of leader who thinks of six crazy ideas to try before breakfast but talks himself out of five of those ideas by lunch. Brian loves trying new things, building and developing teams, and is crazy passionate about reaching the next generation for Christ. Kate Downing has been serving in Student and Girls Ministry for the over twelve years at churches in Georgia, Texas, and Oklahoma. Through teaching and writing, she loves to help teenagers come to know Jesus and fall in love with Scripture. Kate also has a heart for helping to equip the next generation of Student and Girls Ministry leaders. She currently serves as the Girls Minister at BattleCreek Church in Tulsa, Ok, and also leads a Girls Ministry cohort with ThroughLineCohort.com.
