Calvary Bible Church is one church in three locations: Boulder, Erie, and Thornton Colorado. Our Boulder campus was founded in 1889, the Erie campus launched in a high school in 2006, and Thornton opened its doors in August of 2020. Currently, we are averaging 1500 people in attendance at the Erie Campus on Sunday mornings. On average, we minister to 300+ unique students per month (200 Middle School Ministry (MSM) and 120 High School Ministry (HSM). Our church continues to grow and we are searching for someone who can capitalize on the current momentum and take the ministry to the next level.

Position Summary:

To build a Christ centered community of people fully devoted to loving God and loving others by developing, coordinating, and administering an effective high school ministry program, by using their gifts and talents to lead high school students, volunteer leaders and parents into a disciple-making lifestyle.

The High School Ministry Director/Pastor will get to collaborate with the multi-campus student ministry team as well as be empowered to lead the Erie campus HSM in unique ways to leverage the opportunities in Erie.

Job Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000+ annually plus benefits (specific compensation will depend on experience and education).
