When Jesus came, He came close, not as a far-away king or someone too important to know, but as God with us. He was born in Bethlehem, laid down in a manger, and grew up to show us God’s love. Jesus is the Light of the world who came into our darkness to bring us hope, peace, and joy.

Prepare Him Room is a two-session Christmas series that helps students pause in the middle of the season and focus on what matters most. Christmas isn’t about tradition, lights, or gifts; it’s about Jesus who came near and came to save.

Can your students spot the difference between what’s real or made up about Christmas? Get your whole room guessing between “BET” or “BLUFF” to win!

It’s the ultimate multi-answer holiday brain race! Players face off to name three things that fit each festive prompt… from snowman accessories, to creative names for Santa. It’s fast, funny, and full of Christmas cheer! 

Santa’s got a sweet tooth and a sneaky side! In Christmas Cookies, students try to outsmart Santa himself. Four delicious Christmas cookies appear on the screen — but watch out, because Santa’s coming to steal one! Each round, students must pick a cookie corner to stand in and hope Santa doesn’t swipe their snack. It’s fast, funny, and full of Christmas cheer — the perfect holiday elimination game to get everyone laughing and moving!

How to Play:

Show the four cookies on the screen, one in each corner. Everyone chooses a corner by moving to the spot in the room that matches the cookie they want. When everyone’s settled, reveal which cookie Santa tries to grab. Anyone standing in that cookie’s corner is out for the round. Keep playing new rounds with fewer and fewer players until only one person is left standing — the last cookie survivor wins!

It’s time to test your Christmas movie knowledge — one tagline at a time! In Tag! Christmas Movies, each round shows a Christmas movie poster with two possible taglines. One’s the real deal… the other’s a total fake! Students have to decide which tagline actually belongs to the movie before time runs out. It’s a festive guessing game full of laughs, nostalgia, and plenty of movie magic!

How to Play
Students begin in the center of the room. Each round, show a Christmas movie poster on the screen with two taglines beside it. Players move to the right side of the room if they think the correct tagline is Option A, or to the left side if they think it’s Option B. Once everyone’s chosen, reveal the right answer. Anyone who picked wrong is out for the rest of the game. Keep playing new rounds until only one Christmas movie expert remains standing!
