Enhance is easy to understand and really fun to play! Upload any photos you want into the app and it will display them as super pixelated pictures. Your students have to guess what the picture is as you slowly un-pixelate it. This is perfect for screenshots of movies, pictures from your youth group, or just random stuff you found on the internet!

What makes this a premium game?

Premium games are those that you can play over and over again as the outcomes of our premium games are never the same! Watch the video to the left to learn all about how this premium game works. Games that are "one and done" are a part of our Classic Game catalog and those can be seen here.

  • Getting Started:

    • The first thing you’re going to want to do is gather your images. They can be anyting from memes to photos of people in your ministry. They just have to be .png or .jpg. To make things simple, create a new folder somewhere on your computer (like the Desktop) and copy the photos into that folder. It’s not necessary, but it makes finding them to upload into the game a lot faster. Open the game and wait for the dashboard to load. In the settings panel, click on the, “Add Photos” button. Navigate to your photos and select the ones that you want to use (you can select multiple at once using the shift key). Once your photos have been loaded into the settings panel, you can drag the top left corders to rearrange them. Now, just tap the save button and you’re good to go!
    Instructions:
    • Launch the game and display it on your screen. If you’re streaming using Zoom, make sure you select the, “Share Screen” option and select the game window from the list of available screens. (As with all of our games, you can use the keyboard to control what’s happening, but there are also buttons that you can click in the dashboard.)
    • Tell your students that there are pixelated images and the first one to guess what the image is will win that round. There are 10 levels of pixelation. 0 means not pixelated at all and 9 is the most pixelated it can be. Every photo starts at 9. Hitting the number keys on your keyboard will change the pixelation level. You can either wait about five seconds in between lowering the level (making the photo less pixelated) until someone calls out the answer, or you can play with the, “Enhance” keyboard.
    • Basically, each photo is worth 10 points. The person playing can guess the image, or they can say, “Enhance” to make it one level lower. That also drops the score by 1 point. So the less pixelated they go, the lower their score will be. The winner is the person with the most points (obviously).
