You may not use the word audacious every day, but you’ve seen it in action when people do something bold, risky, or unexpected. Explorers who crossed oceans. Leaders who stood alone. Teenagers who sparked global movements. In this series, we’ll explore what it means to live with audacious faith by trusting God, choosing faith over fear, standing up when it’s unpopular, and stepping into God’s purpose for our lives.

AUDACIOUS COVERS THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES AND PASSAGES:

    • Session 1 – Abraham (Genesis 22:1-18) | God called Abraham in a mighty way. Abraham was willing to take a bold risk to respond in faith to the calling God had for him. Through Abraham, God built an entire nation. By looking at the life of Abraham, students can see how they can put their faith into action by trusting and obeying God.

    • Session 2 – David (1 Samuel 17) | David was audacious when his nation and leaders chose to live in fear instead of faith. In this session, we see how David’s bold trust in God shaped his choices before and during his battle with Goliath. His story challenges us to live audaciously by choosing faith over fear.

    • Session 3 – Elijah (1 Kings 18:17-39) | In this session, we will look at the story of Elijah in the epic showdown at Mount Carmel. We’ll learn that audacious faith means taking a bold stand for God, even when you’re standing alone.

    • Session 4 – Esther (Esther 2:8-10, 2:16-17, Esther 4:3, Esther 4:13-17, Esther 5:1-3) | In this final session, we’ll look at the story of Esther and talk about how God positioned her in the right place for His purposes. We’ll learn that audacious faith means taking big risks to follow God-sized opportunities.
