Are you passionate about discipling the next generation and equipping others to do the same? Do you thrive in a gospel-centered, team-first culture? Bethel Church is seeking a full-time Youth Director to lead our Middle and High School ministries with energy, wisdom, and vision.

With over 200 kids, 100 students, and a growing team of passionate staff and volunteers, we’re building a discipleship-first ministry from birth through high school.
We don’t do ministry alone. You’ll partner closely with our Next Gen Director, Youth Coordinator, and a collaborative staff team that believes in coaching, sharing leadership, and raising up the next generation of leaders—together.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll champion a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry that reflects Bethel’s values and discipleship framework (Explore → Start → Walk → Guide).
You’ll lead the charge in:

Creating engaging environments where students encounter Jesus and grow in faith

Equipping and multiplying adult and student leaders

Teaching regularly while building a gifted teaching team

Overseeing youth programs, camps, retreats, and outreach events

Partnering with parents to strengthen discipleship at home
- Collaborating across ministries for smooth transitions and shared vision
What You Bring:

A deep love for Jesus and students

A humble, empowering leadership style

Strong communication, teaching, and relational skills

2+ years of vocational ministry experience

A Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to become a Bethel member within 6 months
