ABOUT US:
Since 2006, MLC has equipped hundreds of leaders to thrive in youth and children’s ministry. We partner with churches across denominations, camps, and nonprofits nationwide to help you discover where your gifts fit best—and then walk alongside you with training, education, and community support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and play a leadership role in the Ministry program discipleship activities (Bible study, small groups), and fellowship times

Recruit and help train volunteers for all Ministry programs

Work with the Ministry Team to design and implement the vision, goals, and ministry

Participate in appropriate committees and staff meetings as directed by the Ministry’s leadership

Collaborate with the Ministry Team to design and plan retreats, mission projects, trips, and outreach events

Create & distribute timely communications about programs through appropriate channels
- Ministry Outreach: Represent the Ministry in the community at activities and programs
DESIRED SKILLS

Experience (paid or volunteer) with youth or children in a ministry setting

Desire to grow deeper in faith and leadership, including theological knowledge and spiritual formation
- Background check required
