Job Details
The associate/staff pastor at Monadnock Covenant Church will have responsibility for the oversight and implementation of next gen ministry. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: planning and convening weekly gatherings, leading devotionals/lessons, teaching or co-teaching confirmation class, and volunteer training. An ideal candidate will be active in the lives of students and will have a heart for the broader Keene community. Other responsibilities include general pastoral duties: occasional preaching, leading/advising relevant ministry teams, public acts of worship, and other duties as assigned. We will work with the correct candidate to incorporate their gifts and call into their ministry.Core Competencies:

Job Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $45,000-$53,000
