Jesus and Your Faith: A 4-Lesson Bible Study looks at four examples of Jesus’ teachings on faith. Your students will understand exactly what faith in Christ is supposed to look like, how this faith impacts their lives, and how their faith is a vehicle for impacting the world in Jesus’ name.
For a relationship that’s supposed to be more important than all others, our students’ relationships with Jesus can sometimes be hit-or-miss. This doesn’t make them wrong or bad. It simply makes them human. Part of learning to follow Jesus is learning what the faith that forms the foundation of this relationship looks like. The good news? Jesus had a lot to say about this faith.
Jesus and Your Faith, one of the 13 Jesus Studies Bible studies, is a four-lesson Bible study that looks at four examples of Jesus’ teachings on faith. Your students will understand exactly what faith in Christ is supposed to look like, how this faith impacts their lives, and how their faith is a vehicle for impacting the world in Jesus’ name.
Teach Jesus and Your Faith and help students discover what true faith in Christ looks like.
Jesus Studies 52-Week Strategy
Lesson 1: The Answer
Lesson Objective: Students will understand that our faith in Jesus is the means by which we find forgiveness and eternal relationship with Christ; and to really consider the significance of life through faith in Christ and death in separation from Him. (John 3:16-18)
Lesson 2: Be Good Soil
Lesson Objective: Students will understand that a faith in Christ that is pure and persevering goes hand-in-hand with an acceptance and love of God’s Word; and to evaluate their attitudes toward knowing and living out God’s Word. (Luke 8:4-15)
Lesson 3: Do You Believe?
Lesson Objective: Students will understand that because of our faith, we trust in God to meet our needs according to His plan and timing, not necessarily ours; and to take a look at the nature of their faith in God, to honestly assess any hesitancy or doubt, and to go to God in prayer with their thoughts. (Matthew 9:18-31, Matthew 21:17-22)
Lesson 4: Rock Solid
Lesson Objective: Students will understand that our faith is designed to be an active faith that guides our everyday lives; and to think about how their faith really impacts their day-to-day decisions, thoughts, and attitude. (Matthew 7:24-27)

Fears every Youth Worker has when selecting a year-long Bible Study:
The fear of locking into a Bible study that looks good on the surface but doesn't go any deeper than surface-level
The fear of being a few weeks into a study and it not meeting the expectations you set
The fear of picking a study that doesn't ultimately speak into the lives of your students
It doesn't have to be this way.
You don’t need to be reminded of the issues teenagers deal with as they try to live out their faith in a world that’s often opposed to their core beliefs. Navigating these issues can be rough. Teenagers get so many mixed messages; the world says one thing, their friends may say another. And we hope they know enough about their faith to know how to make sense of it all.
The Jesus Studies, a 52-week Bible study strategy, cut through the confusion, teaching your students a Christ-centered look at the major issues they deal with in their lives.
These are not watered-down, topical Bible studies. These studies reveal how Jesus weighs in on the very issues your students are confronted with on a daily basis. Your students will learn to see life through the person of Christ.
Your students will journey through the following concepts: Jesus and Identity, Your Faith, Jesus and Culture, Jesus and Loving Others, Jesus and Tough Times, Jesus and Your Image, Jesus and Stress, Jesus and Forgiveness, Jesus and Influence, Jesus and Relationships, Jesus and Your Future, Jesus and Mean People, and Jesus and Stuff.
Teach The Jesus Studies to equip your students to see the relevant issues of their lives through the words of Jesus.
