The Bible teaches us that God is the sovereign Creator King. His sovereignty refers to His supreme power to do everything He wills. He is the Creator, and we are the creation. And yet, in Jesus, God willingly chose to set aside His rights, entering our world to suffer in order to save us. We can trust God because He's in control and He's good.
