First Covenant Church is seeking a full-time pastoral position to join its staff to provide leadership and pastoral support to our youth ministries. The job prioritizes a comprehensive Youth Ministry (7th-12th grades), while partnering with other members of the ministry team under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. In the spirit of teamwork, the job includes other responsibilities, and there is an openness to expanded opportunities as it relates to the individual's desires and giftedness. The goal of this position is to help the church further its mission to Glorify, Grow and Go.
