As a full-time member of our Leadership Team, the Youth Minister will help our church family reach out, show love, make disciples of our youth, and grow their faith. While rooted in building relationships with junior high and high school students, an emphasis will be on equipping parents as disciplers of their children. We want to develop a discipling process that helps young people grow consistently as disciples and leaders while they cross different life stages, building relationships between church, home, and the community.
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000
