Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Possess a call to vocational Christian ministry, with skills and passion in the area of student ministry.
- Full-time position
- Licensed and Ordained preferred
- Full-time ministerial experience is preferred
- College degree required, seminary preferred
Principal Function:
The Student Pastor is to work alongside the pastoral staff to provide visionary leadership for the Student Ministry of First Baptist Church of O’Fallon (MO). They will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive program of Christian development and education for students in grades six through twelve. In addition, the Student Pastor is responsible for raising up student leaders, serving student families, and participating in student outreach. Annual Salary (or range): 53,000-60,000
