Position Summary:
To further the mission of the Church by overseeing and developing programs, ministry strategies, and service opportunities for a dynamic Compassion Christian Church Campus Student Ministry.

Game Changer: Engaging, passionate, and competent; able to communicate church vision and generate drive for the Student team -- able and willing to do whatever it takes to advance the Kingdom.
Equipper (E4) and Recruiter: Recruit and lead volunteer leaders and volunteers -- Raising others up to do the task is the ultimate goal, not just doing the task.
Roof Wrecker: Willing to rip off the roof to get our students to Jesus
We Over Me (W/M): Consistently choose the good of the team over personal preference or gain.
