We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dedicated person to lead our students to have a relationship with God and learn what it means to follow him.
As a staff member of our church staff, the primary role of the Student Ministry Leader is to oversee the spiritual needs of our students and educate, inspire, and counsel teens from grades six through twelve in our Refuge student ministry.
Responsibilities for the Student Ministry Leader will include:
-Plan, organize, and execute student events
-Lead student services
-Oversee and train student ministry volunteers
-Attend weekly staff and leadership development meetings
We are seeking experience in leadership or a similar role within a faith-based organization, strong communication skills, event planning, and a background in providing care and counsel for students.
Job Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000
