Christ Journey Church, a multi-cultural church in Miami, Florida is looking for an energetic leader to serve on our Student Ministry Team. This person should have a desire to help middle and high school teens find and follow Christ and partner with parents and leaders towards that end. They would oversee leaders, weekly ministry environments and amazing special events for middle school teens.
This person should be a growing Christ follower and have experience in casting a compelling vision, building volunteer teams, programming dynamic experiences for teenagers, strategic planning, strong communication and presentation skills.
This position requires a combined 2 years of experience working in Student Ministry as a staff, intern or volunteer. Must have an Associates Degree and in process of or completion of a Bachelors Degree. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Bi-lingual and strong communication skills are pluses.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000
