This large church nestled in Oro Valley, AZ is predominantly an older congregation desiring to be multi-generational. This gives us the privilege of smaller numbers in CYF with an intentional focus of being known by the congregation, loved by Jesus and growing in their faith that transforms their lives.
The Director of Youth Ministry directs and leads youth programming for Middle School and High School age youth and their families as well as supports the entire ministry of Children, Youth and Family (CYF). They work to fulfill the mission and vision of Resurrection Lutheran Church (RLC) through dynamic programming and connecting the congregation to the youth and their families by building relationships, equipping them, helping them discover their gifts and identity as child of God. At RLC, every child and their family will be known.
Job Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $47,000 - $50,000
