Yesterday our friend, and ym360 Contributor, Christopher Wesley wrote a post on his blog about veteran youth ministers mentoring youth ministers who are just starting out.

Considering the short tenures of many youth ministers, I don’t think Chris’ response is too far off. We responded in a less practical way, but one that speaks to experience:
