A FREE Christmas Bible Study Lesson For Your Youth Ministry

As most of you know, we LOVE giving away FREE stuff. And maybe our favorite kind of free stuff is free Christmas stuff. 

Today's the day when we release our FREE Christmas Lesson for 2012!

This great lesson includes a lesson plan and an interactive PowerPoint presentation (featuring a pretty fun Christmas game to kick things off).

I'm pumped about this lesson, as it examines the Christmas narrative in a really cool way. I think you'll love teaching it and I think your students will really be impacted by it. It gives everyone on the ym360 Team a double dose of Christmas cheer knowing that we get to help play a small role in leading your students deeper in their relationship with Christ.

Title: Small Things: A Christmas Story

Lesson Objective: To see who and what God values by looking at the Christmas narrative from a unique perspective. 

Scripture Focus: Luke 1:26-38, Luke 2:1-15

Overview: The Christmas narrative is a familiar story to most of our students. As such, we can sometimes overlook some of the rich truths communicated in the biblical account of Jesus’ birth. This lesson “zooms out,” taking a big-picture look at what the Christmas narrative teaches us about God and His ways. By taking this approach, your students will understand exactly who and what God values. Most importantly, they’ll understand that God’s desire is to work through normal, everyday people (just like them) to accomplish His will.
