These are all questions I've heard from youth workers, both new and old. Youth ministry is not easy. And starting out, or starting over, can sometimes feel like a major uphill battle. I have seen the frustration on the faces of youth workers who have incredible gifts, and an incredible passion for youth, but just don’t know how to put that into a cohesive plan on reaching students.

I wrote this book to help any youth worker, veteran or rookie, realize the plan God has for them in ministry and formulate a mission, vision, and plan of attack to fulfill that plan.
