Job Details
The Minister to Students is responsible to God and the body of Christ, under the leadership of the Pastor, for guiding a Christ-centered ministry that reaches, disciples, and equips students from sixth grade through the transition to college. The goal of the student ministry is to teach and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and steward the fruit of that endeavor and to partner with parents in the effort to nurture our students’ spiritual growth and prepare them to live as faithful disciples who love God, love others, and make Him known. (Matthew 28:19–20; Colossians 1:28–29). The Minister to Students must be firmly rooted in Scripture, grounded in personal spiritual maturity, and committed to raising up a generation of students who are likewise centered on God’s Word and the Gospel (Psalm 1:1–3; 2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
