Do you need a quick game for the summer to give out a prize? Maybe you need something to act as a tie breaker for a another game. Or do you want a simple, no-setup game for your ministry? Summer Three of a Kind is just that! Just hit the spacebar and three random summer-themed items will appear in the boxes. If a student gets three of a kind (hence the name), they win a prize!

What makes this a premium game?

Premium games are those that you can play over and over again as the outcomes of our premium games are never the same! Watch the video to the left to learn all about how this premium game works. Games that are "one and done" are a part of our Classic Game catalog and those can be seen here.

  • Getting Started:

    • The controls are very simple. Just hit the spacebar to start the game. Hit it again to stop each box, one at a time. If you want to force the next box to be the same as the previous box, hit the up arrow key before hitting the spacebar. If you want to force the next box to be different, hit the down arrow key before hitting the spacebar. By default, it is random, however, if you hit the up or down arrow keys, but then decide that you want it to be random, hit the left arrow key before hitting the spacebar. This will make the next box a random selection.

    Instructions:

    • Like most (if not all) of our games, you can make up the rules and gameplay. Here's how a basic game would work: Bring up 3 students and tell them that the person who gets three of a kind first will win. Have the first student yell, "STOP!" for each box. If they don't get three of a kind, they move to the back of the line and it's the next student's turn.
    • If someone gets three of a kind, they win the prize and the game is over. If nobody is getting three of a kind and you need to end the game, use the up arrow key to force the next box to be the same as the previous box.
