Real Life Church is hiring a full-time Student Ministry Director who will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the student ministry team. This includes leading students (grades 7-12) and volunteer team, planning, teaching and aligning the student ministry with the overall direction of Real Life Church.
As a member of the church staff, the Student Ministry Director will work directly with the Family Ministry Team (preschool Ministry Director, Children’s Director and Tween Director) to create and execute a discipleship plan that teaches kids and students to know, love and follow Jesus in keeping with our mission, discipleship process, culture and values.
