ym360 Shipping Policy

As with all we do, our goal is to be the best we can be when it comes to serving you. Our lightning fast order fulfillment is no different. All of our orders ship directly from our offices and are professionaly packed with care.

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":

  • We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. Our team gets 99% of our orders shipped within 24 (business) hours from the time they are ordered.
  • Undercommit; overdeliver. The shipping times listed below are usually quicker than listed. :)


A SWEET DEAL = FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99   *event resources don't apply (these orders are just too stinking heavy most of the time!)

COMPLIMENTS OF ym360 = If your order is LESS THAN $15, we offer complimentary/flat-rate USPS shipping of $5.50. Just choose this option and you're all set.



SHIPPING PROVIDERS = Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail, but based on items ordered we also use UPS Ground and UPS Home Delivery. Unless overnight is chosen, these are "standard ground" services that could take up to 3-7 business days from coast-to-coast. All shipping times listed are calculated in BUSINESS DAYS for both ym360 and the shipping service providers we use.

AWESOME = Almost all orders, once shipped, will deliver within 3 days, but could take up to 7 business days.

SHIPMENT ORIGINATION = ym360 Offices Pelham, AL 35124

DATES OF SERVICE = We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. However, in many cases, our orders shipped USPS Priority Mail will be in motion (and may deliver) on Saturdays.

SHIPPING CHARGES = We do not profit on shipping. The charges you see are calculated to cover postage costs with your order and material costs associated with your order. If you feel your charges are too high, simply look us up and let us help. See below for contact info and our customer care team will be happy to help.

CUT OFF TIMES = All orders placed by 12PM (cst), Monday thru Friday, will ship same day. Orders placed between 12PM (cst) and 2PM (cst) will have a chance to ship same day in the order in which received based on overall volume on that given day. Orders that miss same day fulfillment will ship the following business day.



Free Shipping = We go "best way" on these at the time of shipment. Most of these shipments will deliver within 4-8 days, sometimes quicker.

USPS Flat-Rate = If your order is under $15 in value, we offer this as a flat-rate shipping option through the POSTAL SERVICE. Most of these shipments will deliver within 3-6 days, sometimes quicker.

UPS Ground = This is our basic ground and will most likely deliver within 2-5 days of your order, nationwide. The majority of these will ship USPS Priority Mail, with some orders utilizing UPS Ground/Home Delivery based on items ordered.

Standard Overnight = This will deliver next-day nationwide as long as received by 12PM (cst) Monday thru Friday on the order date.



Can I Check The Status Of My Order? YES! You simply login to your account, click the “Dashboard” tab, and locate the respective order you’re inquiring about. You’ll be able to see the details of your orders on this page.

Can I Track My Order? You can’t track a shipment directly from our site. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email from the shipping service provider (Postal Service, UPS) allowing you to track your order dircetly from the service provider's site.

Does ym360 ship outside the U.S.? YES! Our cart software allows you to choose your global destination. Your shipping rates will reflect the charges for your shipment based on your location**. If we have any questions about your shipment, we'll let you know. PLEASE NOTE: Most resources on our store offer a downloadable version that may be most cost effective for you!

** CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE FEES: From time to time these fees will be required to release packages into your country. These fees are NOT included in your ym360 shipping costs. Since we only have U.S. based distribution, (all orders originate from the U.S.), we can't avoid these fees or calculate them. If you have concerns about these fees, please let us know and we can look at all options for helping you here.

Most orders $99 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping!

Why Most? Some of our shipments are just too stinkin' heavy or ship from Mars (not really). If you have a $99+ order in your cart and don't see a free shipping option, this is why.


  • Order SUB-TOTAL (before discounts, taxes) must be $99.
  • This promotional offer only good for orders shipping to the contiguous 48 States.
  • Promotional offer good for GROUND shipping only.
  • Promotional value not valid for cash or cash equivalent toward purchases.
  • Orders receiving this promotion are shipped according to best available rate and transit time as determined by our robots based on package weight and destination. We use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day deliveries to most) as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via UPS based on items ordered.
  • Student Resource orders from Event Resources by YM360 are excluded from receiving free shipping.
