Job Details
The Student and College Ministry Director of Thomasville First Baptist, under the leadership of the Senior Pastor, will work to ensure that our mission to help people follow Jesus for the joy of Thomasville and the nations is implemented throughout our ministry. The Student and College Ministry Director will oversee the discipleship primarily of sixth through twelfth grade students and secondarily of college students and young adults.
He should be spiritually and emotionally mature, having recognized his calling to serve Christ while also acknowledging his need for Christ. He will be expected to be a servant leader on the ministry team, working closely with other staff members to serve and support the health and mission of the whole church
