Lead in programming, discipleship and evangelism toward high school students while working alongside the youth ministry director

- proficiency with computers & Microsoft Office
- have a college equivalent bachelor’s degree
- baptized as a believer by immersion (or will within a year)
- live in Stow or a bordering community within a year
Responsibilities:
- be prompt, prepared and participatory for all ministry appointments and staff meetings
- humbly and cheerfully execute any additional duties as assigned
- engage relationally with high school students
- develop outreach and evangelism strategy for Redemption YTH alongside YTH Ministry Director and apply strategy to high school ministry
- oversee student small groups which includes communicating consistently with leaders, writing curriculum, and assist in recruiting and training leaders
- oversee volunteer care including leader communication of events and responsibilities, organizing leader appreciation events and meeting with volunteers one-on-one regularly
- planning and execution of high school ministry programs, events, and initiatives
- attend and lead at Gather (high school youth group) every Sunday night
- on-stage duties at Gather and YTH events including hosting, leading games/activities and teaching
- assist planning and execution of YTH ministry retreats
- lead planning and execution of high school summer mission trip
- assist in YTH digital publications including social media, podcast and YouTube channel
