The Family Pastor position is one that provides leadership for ministry to the teens, children, and the parents of Brent Baptist Church.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- He will direct and assist in the areas of education, fellowship, and administration in cooperation with other ministers of the church reporting directly to the Senior Pastor.
- This person should be one who loves young people and the family. He should have a desire to see others loving and serving Christ in tangible ways, studying God’s word, and living in Christ-centered community. Our passion is to see families being discipled in order to know God more deeply and to make Him known more effectively.
