Redwood Valley Community Church is a vibrant, theologically sound, and relationship-oriented congregation nestled in the beautiful wine country of California. With a weekly attendance of 250-300, our church is deeply committed to service and outreach, both locally and globally.
Our church is a hub of activity with many thriving ministries and events, including Awana, MomCo, Women’s Ministry, Small Groups, Men’s Ministry, Speedsters Luncheon, Drama Ministry and Men’s Breakfast—just to name a few. The people of our congregation are dedicated to loving and serving one another, making this a truly wonderful and beautiful community to be a part of.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide and nurture the spiritual growth of both youth and young adults. The ideal candidate will be passionate about discipleship, able to build strong relationships, and committed to serving the church community with a heart for Christ.
