Job Details
- Develop and execute vision for ministry to 4th + 5th graders and their families
- Manage the overall structure of the ministry
- Recruit and train lay leaders to minister on a weekly basis
- Create an environment that is unique to preteens that will help them grow in their walk with Christ
- Seek to strengthen families within the ministry and help parents become the primary disciple-makers of preteens
Job Status: Full-Time
