  • The Gospel. The Good News. Depending on who your students are, they may have heard this phrase used a lot. Or not at all. But even for the teenagers who hear the word used in church, do they truly know what the Gospel is and how it impacts their lives? And for the ones who have never heard it defined and fleshed out, wouldn't you like for them to know exactly why Jesus' amazing story is so powerful?

Regardless of where your students are spiritually, here's your chance to teach them exactly what the Gospel is and how it impacts their lives.

The Gospel is a powerful 4-lesson Bible study designed to help your teens grasp the simple, yet powerful truth of what the Gospel is, learn how the Gospel profoundly impacts their life, and be challenged to be messengers of the Gospel in their world.

Teach The Gospel and equip your teenagers to live a life transformed by God's Good News.

  • Lesson 1: Following Jesus

Learning Objectives: Students will understand that the power of the Gospel is available for all people. The only true prerequisite is to know that you’re a sinner in need of saving; And to challenge students to take a step further in following the Jesus of the Bible, no matter where they may be on their personal faith journey with Him. (Matthew 4:18-22; 9:9-13)

    Lesson 2: Loving like Jesus

Learning Objectives: Students will see that the Gospel’s effect on their lives is powerfully seen in how they are compelled to love others as Jesus does; and to challenge them to love the people in their lives—especially those difficult to love—because Jesus loved them first. (Matthew 5:43-48; John 13:34-35; 1 John 4:7-12)

    Lesson 3: Serving Like Jesus

Learning Objectives: Students will grasp that living out the Gospel in their world calls for action, specifically in serving others before themselves; and that they would commit to live a life of serving others that reflects their Savior, who served them first. (1 Peter 5:8-11)

    Lesson 4: Sharing Your Story

Learning Objective: Students will understand that the Gospel can’t be contained. By its very nature, it has to be shared; and that they would be committed to being messengers of the Gospel to people they encounter in their everyday lives. (Matthew 20:1-16; Mark 5:1-20)
