Operations & Fulfillment Specialist

The Operations & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing all outbound product fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship), managing inbound deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and leading YM360’s outbound mailing efforts. This role plays a critical part in both operational execution and physical distribution, ensuring that products, resources, and key communications reach customers and prospects accurately, on time, and with excellence.

Director of Events

The primary purpose of the Director of Events role is to help in providing leadership to the Events Team at YM360. The Director of Events will primarily give leadership and direction to all to event staff alongside others on the Executive Leadership Team, while ensuring that the mission of YM360 flourishes throughout the live events that are held.

Event Coordinator

YM360 is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to contribute to the overall success of YM360's mission by serving in customer care efforts, sales and marketing, and event logistics year-round. In the summer months, this role will serve alongside the Event Director at GENERATE Camp by YM360 as event leadership, working with campus contacts, and managing details for each event. The ideal candidate should be flexible, organized, and a self-starter.

Event Director

YM360 is seeking a full-time Event Director to contribute to the overall success of YM360's mission by serving in customer care efforts, sales and marketing, and event logistics year-round. In the summer months, this role will organize and lead all aspects of GENERATE Camp by YM360 alongside of the Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess a strong gifiting in leadership as well as a passion for disciple-making.

Event Specialist (Resources)

YM360 is seeking a full-time Event Specialist (Resources) to contribute to the overall success of YM360's mission by enriching all operations, processes and procurement for GENERATE events, both Camp and Conference Resources as well as year-round event related eCommerce transactions on ym360.com. This is accomplished through managing a dynamic line of event merchandise connected to our live event experiences and by giving leadership over online promo packs and event merchandise sales.

Video Director

The Video Director is responsible for the execution of video projects across YM360, including filming, editing, production planning, and management of video-related equipment and resources. This position serves as the primary video producer and editor for content supporting GENERATE events, YM360 marketing initiatives, publishing resources, social media, and other organization-wide projects.
