Andy
Andy Blanks is youthministry360′s content guy, in charge of leading the development of all resources. Andy’s passion has always been communicating the power of God’s Word through writing, teaching, and speaking. Since 1998, Andy has specifically focused his ministry efforts on teenagers. Andy has used his gifts in various professional ministry environments. He has worked for Youth For Christ and Campus Crusade for Christ.
Prior to co-founding youthministry360, from 2003 to 2010, Andy served in various content developmental roles for Student Life™, most recently, serving as Director of Resource Development. Andy is a regular speaker at youth events and Disciple Now weekends, and has published several books and numerous articles.
He is also an active and engaged volunteer at his church’s youth ministry. He is committed to equipping youth workers with Bible centered resources that are creative and culturally relevant.
Andy, who is also a die-hard Boston Red Sox fan and a former Marine, lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife, Brendt, and their three daughters.

Les
Les Bradford wears youthministry360′s administrative hat – multiple hats actually. Les has a knack for seeing all the moving parts and making them work together. Prior to co-founding youthministry360, Les most recently used these skills during a four-year stint as Director of Ministry Resources at Student Life™.
Les cares deeply about equipping youth workers to teach God’s Word as they serve in the trenches. Les has firsthand experience with the impact a youth minister can have on a person’s life. Les’ youth minister played a critical role in shaping his life, and continues to be a great source of encouragement and friendship to this day.
Les has worked with teens for the last 10 years in a variety of ways including counseling, teaching and mentoring. Les is passionate about serving the needy and showing the love of Christ to the “least of these.” Les mentors teens through Big Brothers, Big Sisters and is actively involved in his local church, The Church at Brook Hills, leading a small group, leading mission trips, and serving in impoverished communities.
Les and his wife Jamie live in Birmingham, AL with their newborn (October 2010) son, Gage. Les enjoys being outside for any activity, especially golf.
